Rotary Molding Technician

We are looking for someone who’s interested in a career as a Rotary Molding Technician. This position is located in Yuma, Colorado.

Duties for Rotary Molding Technician Include:
 
● Inspect machinery and mold tooling at the beginning of every shift
● Start up and operate rotary molding machines
● Load molds with accurate weights of resin powder
● Remove finished molded products from mold tooling
● Learn to understand and adjust machinery oven and cooling cycles
● Trimming and prepping of finished plastic parts
 
Skills needed for Rotary Molding Technician:
● Desire and ability to learn to operate rotary molding machinery control systems
● Ability to perform strenuous physical activities for extended periods of time including:
○ Standing and climbing stairs and ladders for several hours at a time
○ Ability to lift 100 pounds to waist level and 25 pounds to head level
○ Ability to operate impact wrenches while on portable stairs
● Keen attention to detail ensuring correct weights of proper resin powder for each mold
 
Ability to operate a forklift and previous rotary molding experience would be beneficial, however training will be provided for a good candidate. The candidate must have a desire to learn and a commitment to working in and building a positive team culture.
 
This is an hourly position with rate of pay based on previous experience ($17 – $19 per hour).

Purchasing Agent

  • Purchasing Agent: Full-time ($20-$25/hr)


    Agri-Inject is looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a full-time Purchasing Agent based at our state-of-the-art facility in Yuma, Colorado. Agri-Inject offers an incredible opportunity for individuals seeking a fulfilling career in a small town with big heart and great values. The Purchasing Agent will report to the Director of Operations. As an ag-tech innovator in fluid fertigation and chemigation equipment for the agricultural and green industries, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage our purchasing function and support our aggressive growth plans.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in a purchasing role and working knowledge of computerized inventory systems and their use in a manufacturing environment. As a highly motivated individual with exceptional organizational and analytical skills, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working collaboratively with a team of professionals to deliver results.

     

    Specific duties:

    • Manage a fully integrated purchasing function that incorporates evaluating supply chain issues, capacity planning, scheduling, inventory, material and associated cost elements.
    • Performs analysis of customer demand, sales forecasts, and historical material usage to develop and execute build to order and build to forecast plans.
    • Responsible for the accuracy of inventory counts by managing the inventory control system, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action to guard against future inconsistencies.



    Required Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Google Workspace Applications.

Assembly Technician

  • Assembly Technician: Full-time ($16-$18/hr)

Are you excited about being part of a dynamic team that is passionate about irrigation innovation in the agriculture industry? Agri-Inject is seeking a full-time Assembly Technician to join our team located in the heart of Yuma, Colorado. Agri-Inject offers an incredible opportunity for individuals seeking a fulfilling career in a small town with big heart and great values. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in the production process by preparing, assembling, and continuously improving products and parts manufactured at Agri-Inject. You will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned production schedules, all while maintaining high standards of safety. You will be responsible for following work instructions, inventorying parts and tools, identifying and correcting defects in the assembly process, and maintaining accurate records of your work at each stage of production. Collaboration with partners in assembly, shipping/receiving, and work order roles is critical to ensure that quality control is maintained throughout the entire manufacturing process.

Specific Duties:

  • Follows work instructions to assemble full and sub-assemblies parts of assigned production cells and ensures all components are assembled correctly.
  • Inventory parts and tools used in the assembly process.
  • Identifies defects or problems to be corrected in the assembly process.
  • Assists in developing and maintaining formal instructions, job aids and materials that will ensure production efficiency and quality to workflow and work cell organization.
  • Maintains accurate records regarding the work performed at each stage of production.
  • Collaborates with other partners in assembly, shipping/receiving and work order roles to ensure quality control is maintained throughout the entire manufacturing process.
  • Maintains the 5S Methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in all work cells that are assigned.

Required Skills:

·       Must gain an understanding of part numbering system, product lines and components.

·       Ability to read and understand parts specification sheets and work orders.

·       Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.

·       Ability to stand for long periods of time with frequent bending and twisting.

·       Ability to lift 65 lbs.

·       Ability to climb a ladder up to 15ft.

·       Must be able to drive a forklift.

·       High school diploma or GED preferred.

Regional Sales Rep

  • Regional Sales Representative: Full-time ($85k-$100k/yr)

    Agri-Inject is an innovative and exciting manufacturer of fluid fertigation and chemigation equipment for the agricultural and green industries. With our products in high demand in the US and in numerous countries throughout the world, we are seeking a full-time Regional Sales Representative to join our team in Yuma, Colorado, and help drive our revenue growth. Agri-Inject offers an incredible opportunity for individuals seeking a fulfilling career in a small town with big heart and great values. Open to negotiations for remote work with the “right” candidate. Salary range is based on a combination of Base pay with potential commissions totaling $85,000 to $100,000 annually depending on qualifications and experience.

    As the Regional Sales Representative, you will utilize a standard set of sales strategies and systems to drive revenue within the region as well as for the entire company. The position requires 30-40% travel to visit/train dealers, attend trade shows and grower events, conduct prospecting, and educate the market about our products and services.

    Required Skills/Responsibilities:

    Minimum of four years of progressively responsible experience in sales including the following experience and competencies:

    • Sales prospecting, business building with existing dealers/distributors, and account management.
    • The ideal candidate will have experience in the Ag market, particularly in the irrigation and fert/chem industries.
    • You must have experience in the selling process and developing relationships with growers, dealers, distributors, OEMs, and other industry professionals to drive sales growth.
    • Successful candidate will be a team player, driven to achieve measurable results.
    • You should have strong computer and phone skills and be comfortable with ERP/CRM software.
    • Degree preferred but not required
    • Experience in the agricultural industry is preferred
    • Must have direct sales process experience.
    • Direct experience in marketing and sales promotions.
    • Strong understanding of sales processes and sales growth methodologies domestic and/or international.
    • Must have the ability to develop strong relationships with dealers, OEM’s, regional managers and sales agents to drive sales growth.
    • Must understand and have the ability to learn how Agri-Injects equipment and methods can benefit the industry that we serve.
    • Required to develop the industry knowledge to become a “Business Builder” and educator to our dealer network, OEM’s and customers.
    • Must have experience in the development of sales regions and global markets.
    • Required to have strong analytical skills to perform market/industry research to be used to develop a more predictable managed sales approach.
    • Must be self-managed and driven to achieve measurable results
    • Must be hands on with a high level of drive, energy and integrity
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

CAD Technician

  • CAD Technician: Full-time ($22-$25hr)

Agri-Inject, a leading ag-tech innovator, is looking for a full-time, skilled CAD Technician to join our team located in the heart of Yuma, Colorado.     As a CAD Technician, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining 2D drawings and 3D models of all products manufactured by Agri-Inject. You will work closely with the design and construction teams to define project specifications, identify defects or problems in the design process, and develop formal instructions that ensure production efficiency and quality controls.

    To succeed in this role, you need an associate’s degree or equivalent experience, extensive knowledge of CAD software (specifically OnShape), and a strong understanding of mathematics, engineering, and industry information. You will also need excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others to solve problems.

    Specific Duties:

    • Maintains current product schematics for all product lines, incorporating vendor schematics with the Agri-Inject product specifications using company designated software.
    • Maintains schematics of current facility layouts and evaluates proposed layout changes.
    • Collaborates with management and members of design and construction teams to define project specifications.
    • Creates models of proposed designs, either 2D or 3D, using OnShape CAD software.
    • Identifies defects or problems to be corrected in the design process.
    • Assists in developing and maintaining formal instructions, job aids and materials that will ensure production efficiency and quality controls.
    • Maintains records of all versions created during the design process.
    • Assists with new product development including product design and testing.

     

    Required Skills:

    • An associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • Must gain an understanding of Agri-Inject’s part numbering system, product lines and components.
    • Ability to read and understand specification sheets.
    • Extensive knowledge of the company’s preferred software currently OnShape.
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to collaborate with others to solve problems.
    • Firm grasp of mathematics, engineering, and industry information.
